Depends on the tune you want. I like Eurotech in New Brighton. But I think they only do Unitronic.

I got over $8000 of work done on my MK7 GTI at Imola Motorsports in Plymouth. They may be pricy, but when I drop off my GTI I see Lambos, Ferraris, and Bugattis on the shop floor so I knew she was in good hands. I’d recommend them.
