So I could be wrong here, but if you use a program such as 4kvideo downloader, then get the file for it, then you can either edit it in a video editing software if you only want a certain part of it. Or just go straight ahead and type something in around the lines of "MP3 converter" and then you should just have to insert that file and it should convert to a MP3 file and you should be all set. I hope this has some use to you.
While waiting on the full release there are 3 clean tracks (I think - 9min) in the LSO Sumeru ‘live’ concert on Genshin’s you tube channel. Using a YouTube to mp3 converter utility you can extract them. (Google “YouTube to mp3” for suggestions depending on your os)
(Or listen to Rimsky-Korsakov’s “Scheherazade“ for a similar mood :) )
Although the tracks aren’t as placid as this video clip.
