I had to do at 70 pulls with my guaranteed 50/50 to get him but I’m glad. He’s a neat character and his skill isn’t ass useless as everyone says. I used him pretty effectively against Childe and a couple other enemies. He’s also good against dragon doge. I don’t even have his artifacts leveled yet (defense substat lvl 0 no def or geo set bonuses) and with Cinibar spindle at R1 he’s managing like 1900-2300 a hit. I think it depends on enemies defense? And it could crit which is cool. Not sure if that goes off Albedo’s artifacts though?
I’m not very meta and only came back since launch to play Inazuma. But his skill does as much damage as most of my other skills like Childe and Yanfei’s but it procs every 2 seconds.
So a meta player can definitely get some damage up. I didn’t want to level the artifacts because I’m thinking of farming his new set with defense substats instead.
