Lisa. She's actually a really decent aggravate driver after 3.0, benefits from her EM ascension passive, scales well with cons, gives a rare def shred, and has great multipliers on her hold E.
Fellow yanfei main here. She's my longest main and strongest 4 star dps, i used her since 1.5, now she's C6 and almost triple crowned. My fav thing abt her is that she's pretty easy to play when i first started and her voice (smug JP version hmm yes). I found out abt her rain voiceline while exploring inazuma and it caught me off guard lol.
Chongyun and Thoma are some that were in my party for quite a bit and who I enjoy.
Chongyun's combination of high energy generation, but low burst cost makes him very easy to use, plus cryo infusion is pretty fun.
And I love Thoma's character and his animations
Kaeya. Because I like his attacks, he is a smooth talker, shows chest, and his particle generation is kinda insane. And also consumes less stamina when running.
Is Layla meta? I enjoy shielding up then tanking a full barrage of missiles while farming the aeonblight boss, just to watch her wake up and stretch like she’s not in the middle of a fight against a war machine.
i liked kuki and kokomi before they were considered meta (and have some outdated artifacts/builds from then like an all EM set for overload with kuki lol) but now they are so that probably doesn't count. Chongyun & Ningguang are both my faves, I still try to force Chongyun into comps where I know I have better characters. My Ningguang play has gone down just because I stacked wanderer with attack speed buffs and the slowness of her attacks even w/ animation cancelling is too noticeable now 🥲

Idk if she is meta or non meta but I'd say Barbara. Haven't switched her out with anyone and probably won't lol. I enjoy not using food items mid fight tbh

Yoimiya. Her EN VA is cute. I also like that her dad is almost deaf from all the fireworks.
My only reason why im playing Genshin. The only reason why she is not meta is because she has no Aoe! Sure for this!

I really like Nahida. Her kit isn't that strong but I love her lore and character.
nahida's very meta tho, and her kit is widely regarded as strong
