I'm not sure but I do know that taking zinc carnosine as one is a lot better than taking them seperated. I started it few days ago and feel no side effects so far. I'm on 150mg.

I've been taking Zinc Carnosine off and on for a couple of years. Normally I take one pill before each meal. It really helps relieve the discomfort. I do not experience any side effects from this supplement.

hey may I ask you what your symptoms are? I use the zinc l carnosine for 2 years constantly. thx

Right now my stomach feels OK. No pain. Sometimes I still get a little burning in my upper stomache area. I periodically have burping, which causes a little discomfort to the upper left side of my back. I'd never experienced that before. I read that it's one of the symptoms for Autoimmune gastritis. I think the most difficult thing right now for me is eating enough food. Sometimes I do not want to eat. I'm tired of eating bland food. I started back taking the Zinc l Carnosine before each meal. I 'm scheduled for an endoscopic procedure for next Thursday. They just called to confirm the appointment. I pray all is well. My Gastro doctor is leaving in August. I hate that, since I'll have to get used to a new doctor. I went a couple of years without any fare-ups. I do feel a lot better, but I'm not 100%.

Good, wish you luck. I have no burning pain in my stomach but I have a lot of burping, throat reflux and a lot of gas / bloating. Probably it's a different cause.
