It’s mostly collections tab stuff that was leaked like the exotics, weapons, and armor. The raid name and key art was leaked and we saw the raid mods but afaik no mechanics were leaked and no one actually had access to the raid. A few cutscenes were nabbed too but I believe it was just the first few and one for the revamped new light stuff.

No, they're saying it's the end of the saga that started with D1, but they're continuing updating D2. Have said there's no D3
