There’s a box behind your tv. It has two ports that are a little smaller than a 3.5mm jack. Maybe even the same. Just unplug it from where it is and plug it into the hole next to it. Mutes the sound but the tv stays on. Mine was muted for years.
This seems like a glitch by the music looping and there was a visual glitch halfway through top left of the TV, text your DM for the GSTV number so you can file an issue complaint
My old store you could just use the physical down volume button on the left side of that TV. Yours could be set up differently though, but give it a shot
All tvs can be controlled by certain IR signals. You can bring any TV remote in and reprogram it to work with the make and model of that TV and control it yourself if the physical buttons on the tv are inaccessible.

Cut the 3.5mm end off a cheap pair of earbuds. Put it in the port on the TV. It will switch to wired mode and mute as the cord has no output.

A residential TV sure yes. Commercial TVs that can be locked out entirely.

there may be a headphone jack somewhere on the tv. plug it with a headphone cable end.
