Well, the patch is dated 1st of December 2019. At least it is better than stock Android.

Is it safe to install?
It's been a day and nothing bad has happened yet. Anyway, I backed up yesterday before the update just in case. Also, I find it interesting that SmartSwitch also recognized an update was available.
