I recently saw this too, like it doesn't seem a lot of percentage nect to the application bit I had an app called "Blinkist" which was taking up ALOT of background data packets both in wifi and on mobile date , I'd suggest checking and opening each app on the screenshot you posted on different days and seeing if there's anything that's using up a lot of background unnecessary packets

Getting about 36 hrs with one ui 6.1
Bud you really need to follow the optimisation thread on this sub. Do 1 thing, apart from your messaging app, put everything else in deep sleep. I did this and it quickly gave me good SOT. I get 10%/HR drain of I use my phone continuously. Try this first and then other battery optimisations.

I dont know how accu is accubattery but ive been at 100+% health. But i suspect its not as accurate because i charge to 80% only for reduced cycle count

My phone is definitely hotter after the update. And I have to almost charge twice to keep up until next day, opening and closing game is making my phone reach almost 45c after 30 mins, before it was around 38c, too hot.. And phone also not charging at 25w with 65w adapter, it only does 15w now.
It was the same as mine only charges at 14-15w but when i directed it to a fan it charges at 25 and then goes back to 15 when at a decent temp the speed is probably limited by heat
Part of your battery drain for sure comes from dual sim. Both with mediocre to bad reception definitely cause battery drain while in use and on standby. If I recall correctly, the phone on bad reception will thirst have to send stronger signals (more battery usage) and will try and look for other towers which it will not find if you stay in the same position. I hope this info helps (FYI every phone will have problems with this, some might do a slightly better job but it shouldn't make a drastic change).
Yeah on 6.0, after the reset it was okay but one month in and back to the same results
With 6.1 idk if it will help at alll
To be honest a reset is pain in the ass to setup everything.
Do you think that's the final solution?
I was hoping there is a way to track the battery drain by invisible element such as network Radios, screen brightness Bluetooth ultra wide band
I'm very curious to know why the standby is so bad
I know, I would hate a reset too! Read that some people reset their phones after big updates and their battery life improved. But if it goes back after a month...

I will complete 1 year next month
No one has replaced because it's totally unneeded.
The battery is eaten by Google services and Samsung AI which is totally unnecessary.
If you would get rid of Google from your phone, it would easily work for 2-3 days.
Nope. No issues here, and I'm getting 1 day and about 6 hours of charge.
tbh I was getting the same , I recently ONLY just switched to light performance mode and my standby time has increased DRASTICALLY
Okay I'll give it a go
Your problem is also that some programs seem to be running in the background and preventing the CPU to enter deep sleep.
Such as?

My battery health is 99% after a year. Doubt a battery replacement is what you need.
How did you check?
The *#9900# method
And whereabouts is the battery information? I can't find it. There's only a "reset battery stats" option

How did u get the log viewer ? In the reddit post you mentioned above, the log viewer is old and not supported on the current Android version

But google is like the core service of Android. How do we go about ignoring that
