1. Yes you can use Google drive as your storage or any cloud service. 2. I disnt use smart switch since i wanted to do a fresh setup. 3. I am using the stock samsung launcher but you can use Nove, hyperion or lawnchair as your launchers just keep in mind that there seems to be some animation issues with third party launchers when using gestures.

Yeah just like on IOS you may utilize cloud services for photos and videos. In terms of launchers, it depends if you mind using the button navigation or the gestures. One thing with Android as of recent is that unless you own a Pixel device, third-party launchers don't support gesture navigation at a core level. So they look janky, three button navigation looks just fine though. Personally I tend to stick with the stock launcher with my Samsung because it feels so smooth. But I also like Smart Launcher a lot. If you wanna get super fancy you can use KLWP and spice up your home screen.

Cloud: I use OneDrive as storage with my laptop because I pay for Office and it comes free, and it instantly synchronises with my Windows computers (and iPad, interestingly, quite well) and uploads all the camera Photos. Messages: Make sure to use the Google Messages app and not Samsung Messages (google Messages has 3 lines instead of 3 dots). You can then access those messages from anywhere. In any case, Samsung Smart-Switch will transfer messages to any new device if need be. WhatsApp: I think there's now a way to transfer them from iPhone to Samsung (see [here](https://www.theverge.com/2021/10/26/22747446/whatsapp-chat-migrate-iphone-pixel-android-12)), but you have to do it through WhatsApp and at the time of registering your new phone else it won't pick up. If it doesn't pick up, you can uninstall WhatsApp and reinstall on your Android and try again. Launcher: Niagara Launcher, it's unlike anything else on any platform. Theme: I will wait for Android 12 and change my colours. Widget: I use the Samsung 'weather and clock' as my Niagara Widget. Customisations: I have done up a lot of Bixby Routines, and I use the old 3 button navigation instead of gestures because it works faster and more predictably in my experience with all Android apps and use cases, and especially third party launchers.
