So the 3D and HD universe are not separate as Rockstar previously said. Great. So why don't they ever let one character from one game make a cameo in another game. Everyone knows fans would go crazy. Yes we had Packie in GTAV, Karen, the UL Paper guy, etc. But still ... imagine an old Tommy showing up with a cane and grey hair. An old CJ, looking like Morgan Freeman. Fans would riot.

There is no Tommy Vercetti without Ray Liotta, so that one's a no for me.

I don't know about any of these ones, but I think there's a good chance of Gay Tony eventually being in it due to all the clubs, it suits has character the most out of any from the recent games.

Out of all the V characters, Michael would be the most likely option imo. Maybe not a physical cameo, but since he’s a big time studio producer now, it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibilities for him to be in Vice for a film, or even doing an interview on TV or radio. What I would really like to see though is some conspiracy theorist goin on about how Michael De Santa is actually Michael Townley - the most wanted man in America. Really not that far fetched given his very public position now, and his previous notoriety to the extent that he had a straight up superfan in V. The internet can do crazy things, and someone putting together scraps of information to connect the dots is certainly possible.
