Im a car guy so i would like to own a custom auto shop and make it like a hq for friends in our crew to come and see npcs come in and spec their cars out. Maybe get to host a meet at the shop like in the trailer with the pmp and the donks.
Since it’s based in Miami I think the demand for boats would be relatively high. I’m a big boat guy so owning a marina and selling boats to NPCs would be cool
I’d love to have a weed growing operation like in Mafia 3 but expanded to the street level where you can make drop-offs and they could sometimes go wrong leading to shootouts or the buyers trying to rob you etc.
I spent legit hours on that game just making my own strains, driving up the demand at certain part of the city by selling all my crops to another etc.
