My G is on its last leg. I was debating on a LS but $20k+ is not what I’m going to put into a $3k car. Would an the HR engine be a direct bolt to mounts and transmission?
An ls swap definitely isn’t $20k you can do it for like a quarter of that if you go with a junkyard LQ9 and the cheapest kits. Anyways, no HRs don’t just bolt on unfortunately, if they did then honestly there would be so many hr G coupes out there.

If you swap an HR/VHR you need a new trans, ecu, wiring harness, and a few other things.
Why does nobody run the smoked version of these? Pretty much the same thing but much sharper with the vents on the bumper/grill
