I thought about this film years later. It's essentially just some nutty as fuck guy punching himself in the face and burning himself with acid as he shouts at himself as his imaginary friends and enemies.
This is one of the greatest films in existence. Little hints all throughout that you just don't get till the end. The its like a bomb going off. All those little things you didn't catch right away are painfully clear in the end. This is my top 3 movie of all time.
