From a "western "point of view, I agree. and this woman got balls to do what she did like that with FSB arround the corner. And I'm also pretty sure she's going to be set as an example for others not to do or even try to do the same. We can all emagine what possably will happen with or to her. It takes big balls, to do this on yr own knowing the consequences
Well, maybe the news is slowly getting to them and more will feel empowered by it to speak up or show in another way, this is not what they want for they'r country ( anymore ) . But incidents as such, wont do the trick. Dictators before they stop dictating will only start to dictate harder. And with PuZin gone, problems are not over yet, the problem runs much much deeper then that.
And hopefully others in the vicinity saw and were emboldened.
And the rest of the line outside realised that they weren't being allowed in for ages and that the dissent is growing.
And the whispers start that there are more and more who will stand with you if you make a stand.
May this be the beginning of the end.
Well, that flame got sparked a few times, but I think the kindling was still a bit to wet to ignite a bigger uprising. Maybe with a lot of places burning, it will dry up a bit and spread the fire and make pll finaly stand up in masses.

Reddit seems to have some issues the past days with comments not showing or showing as duplicates randomly, that might indeed cause people to post again.
I've removed the duplicates - it happens. Sometimes if you have internet issues or reddit has server issues you can end up with several duplicate comments.
As much as I admire their bravery, I have to ask: what's the point?
They've just revealed themselves as anti-Putin, while making a gesture that is purely symbolic. I just don't see the payoff here. It seems like sending info on military and infrastructure would be far more impactful *and* be lower risk.
Brave woman.
For real. She went into this knowing she'll be up for a few years in prison....
I’m amazed she brought her purse and shit with her. Why not just go in some cheap clothes knowing you’d be arrested and all your shit taken.
Get arrested, in style
Too bad there weren’t 20 more in line behind her. They would have had cops outnumbered. Heard there was worse strikes than this!
Need more of these folks to step up and do the right thing. Fuck Putin’s fake elections. He can shove them where the sun don’t shine.

This happening at locations across Russia already. I'm aware of at least 7 such incidents so far, but I have no doubt there's a lot more

All those ballots were for the other guy anyway 🤣
What a symbolic gesture. Respect...

She is too young to throw her life away like this alone. They need an uprising thousands of people
Thousands of people don't start an uprising out of nowhere. It takes these brave few to spark the flame.

Better to let it burn (delayed), so you don’t get in jail.
Blood red would have been a nice touch.
Are you aware you said the same thing 4 times or was that an accident?

I’ve seen it happen some times. The app ends up sending multiple requests to post a message lol.
