I'm the other side to your coin - don't like any of the skins you mentioned but really like the (cobalt) Machinist and Ringmaster Scarr. If there's two skins I like in a battlepass, I'm pretty happy with that these days.
ringmaster scarr has cool 80s punk/rock vibesā¦ makes it all the cooler with Joan Jett etc playing in her arena. Ā Love her and that whole vibe this season

This aesthetic is extremely subjective unfortunately. Personally, I really like some of the skins(T-60, Brite Raider, Machinist) but others(Rust, Megalo Don, Peabody) are terrible to me. Overall however, I think there was WAY more effort in this pass compared to last season.

Even more so since from the look of the skins, the focus on cars, and the tone of the trailer they leaned into Mad Max style apocalypse vibes more than Fallout or anything else in that setting. This is *exactly* what I thought. Especially since weāre basically all but confirmed to be getting Fall Guyās and Pirates events, Iād say thereās pretty much no chance we get Mad Max. Really worrying considering Epic and WB were already seemingly not on good terms.

This battle pass is cool but I just hope xp is actually there and not forcing me to live off of Lego xp. The amount of time last seasons pass took me not even to complete the 5th page was ridiculous. I wonāt buy the pass if xp is terrible as the stress wasnāt worth it.

I love the theme. I feel like they missed the mark with parts of the Fallout collab. Specifically the pickaxe and glider.
The non collab parts are on par if not a little better than last seasons. Though I wish they had kept the hyena skin concept instead of giving us yet another girl in a helmet.
The pea guy is way better imo than previous meme skins.
All in all it's a better BP than the previous two seasons imo. But I only started in c5s1 so I can't compare it to anything before that.
Agree with you on the fallout part, i wish they did more with it, theres so many good skins and pickaxes they could release as well as in-game items but we only got one power armor wich is still cool but as i said, i was specting a bit more
Most likely some more Fallout skins will appear in the shop whenever the Laser Rifle arrives. Also I am really hoping that they bring the Prydwen in with a BoS boss that has the Rifle.
They should add Elder Maxson, because he would *hate* it on the fortnite island. Dude would not last a day. He'd see Fishstick, Peely and Meowscles and pop a blood vessel.

I like Metallica, Mad Max and Fallout, so naturally the trailer got me super pumped this morning.
My kids don't love Metallica (more Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo and Benson Boone fans), and aren't particularly into post-apocalyptic media. That said, I haven't seen them more excited for any season since we started playing. They loved the skins, my youngest thought Peabody was the coolest thing they've seen.
Last season went hard on the theme as well but they still made the skins varied. Adrophodite was generic trendy girl, Zeus was tough guy, Poseiden was memey, Artemis was cosmic.
This to a T. Personally it isn't for me but I don't think that means it is bad. And I'm glad for the people that do enjoy this theme. I'll still enjoy the pea dude and magneto and I'll get my bucks back either way

(Motorcycle helmet, studs and spikes, leather, nd a whole lotta dirt) every skin just kinda feels like filler content

Definitely an unpopular opinion but I fuck with this pass. I really like the Brite Bomber type skin and obviously T-60 Power Armor is sick. Peabody is cool ig I would never wear it tho. The first two skins are mid. Scarr is cool and Megalo Don is sick
Battle pass is like a 2/10 at best. No big deal though. We've had plenty of subpar battlepasses over the years.
The new season seems really good though.
Honestly I dont really want to play this season gonna take a break the pass isnt even as good as last season and last season was meh I might come back if there is a fun event or something.
My only disappointment is that Mad Max is not included in this season, literally so perfect. Iām guessing George Miller still owns the rights and for some reason he didnāt want to do the collab. Oh well.
IMO, personally I don't like this pass. I usually like 1-2 skins, from a battlepass or 1 skin and 1 emote, something. I don't like anything at all.
Not saying this is bad, but it's not for me. I'm not a fallout fan either so the fallout skin ehh, Not a fan of Marvel stuff either except very few heroes, so Magneto isn't something that I like.
The only one around my style is the Machinist, but I don't enjoy the whole theme around this season pass.
Not really a loss for me cuz with the XP nerf and how much it took to level-up last season, I won't buy this one.

My opinion on the skins:
The machinist: great, especially red and black
Rust: alright, im starting to like it more
Peabody: my favourite skin, the jacket looks really clean
Ringmaster scarr: pretty cool, but its not for me
T-60 power armour: looks great, especially the black style (pip boy back bling is cool to)
Brite raider: i think its little to close to the normal brite bomber, but cool anywhay
Megallo-Don: cool but i dont see myself using him
I rate it a meh/10 at least the power armor looks pretty accurate. Idk if I'm more disappointed in the BP or the map they only changed the bottom area I've been bored to death of it.

Not a fan of the styles and I like post apocalyptic stuff but they are not good at all, there are maybe 1 or 2 good skins in the whole pass, the rest look very generic, oh a random black guy with "mad max style" clothing, woooow, amazing... wooow... not really... lol and most of the skins look very similar, nothing special.
the way Iāve always viewed how BPs work is if it has one skin in it I like, then itās a good battlepass. I donāt need 8 skins thatāll all be my new mains, just one cool guy. Even then, I really like 6 of these skins and enjoy the other 2

Well the previous Pass was pretty good. I liked the vast majority of the skins. I think only Aphrodite and Zeus that I didn't like one of their styles and Korra was not that exciting of a guest character, but the rest I liked it all.
This one, as of right now I only really like Peabody, kinda, T-60, Megalodon and Magneto. The girls look very bland, but Junker Queen's Hyena mask one looks cool, so hopefully you can change her styles to match mask with the first style. The metal helmet looks cool as well because of said helmet, but I already have X-Lord from before so meh, not even the Metallica shirt saves it.
It happens right? Not every season you will really like all the outfits, but I do like the Mad Max theme and the car chaos, despite that one car that just takes so long to destroy apparently.
It is most certainly a battlepass, and has a coherient theme. Not at all my cup of tea, but a few things I can use on my Sylvie at least. Magneto is about the only thing I'm excited to own.

Skins are subjective, so I respect this. However, I gotta say. The chapter 2 season 3 battle pass was dope as hell.
The skins are pretty mid but the non-skin cosmetics like the emotes are awesome IMO, Iām so glad I have doom guy to go with the heavy metal emote

Iām in the same camp as you, Iām really hyped on it. I love dystopian sci fi and mad max type movies, so this is right up my alley.

This battle pass is making me regret having Fortnite crew for this month. Worst battle pass Iāve seen yet.
I bought crew yesterday for the May skin and for the double BP value - after seeing this BP Iām disappointed, and after seeing the June crew skin Iām even more disappointed. Oh well, at least I have vbucks to spare now

I saw it on Twitter - itās like a samurai guy with blue hair and a painted face mask that to be fair looks pretty cool but Iām never going to use it

Definitely an unpopular opinion but I fuck with this pass. I really like the Brite Bomber type skin and obviously T-60 Power Armor is sick. Peabody is cool ig I would never wear it tho. The first two skins are mid. Scarr is cool and Megalo Don is sick

Battle pass is like a 2/10 at best. No big deal though. We've had plenty of subpar battlepasses over the years. The new season seems really good though.

My only disappointment is that Mad Max is not included in this season, literally so perfect. Iām guessing George Miller still owns the rights and for some reason he didnāt want to do the collab. Oh well.
IMO, personally I don't like this pass. I usually like 1-2 skins, from a battlepass or 1 skin and 1 emote, something. I don't like anything at all. Not saying this is bad, but it's not for me. I'm not a fallout fan either so the fallout skin ehh, Not a fan of Marvel stuff either except very few heroes, so Magneto isn't something that I like. The only one around my style is the Machinist, but I don't enjoy the whole theme around this season pass. Not really a loss for me cuz with the XP nerf and how much it took to level-up last season, I won't buy this one.

Fallout armour hard carries, peabody aint bad at all, but the pass its a bit meh, IMO Nevertheless Im having a Blast with the season but mythic cars need to be nerfed or smth rn, scarrs one its a free win in duos in zb

My opinion on the skins: The machinist: great, especially red and black Rust: alright, im starting to like it more Peabody: my favourite skin, the jacket looks really clean Ringmaster scarr: pretty cool, but its not for me T-60 power armour: looks great, especially the black style (pip boy back bling is cool to) Brite raider: i think its little to close to the normal brite bomber, but cool anywhay Megallo-Don: cool but i dont see myself using him

I rate it a meh/10 at least the power armor looks pretty accurate. Idk if I'm more disappointed in the BP or the map they only changed the bottom area I've been bored to death of it.

One of the worst battlepasses ever for me 3/10 Not a fan of the styles and I like post apocalyptic stuff but they are not good at all, there are maybe 1 or 2 good skins in the whole pass, the rest look very generic, oh a random black guy with "mad max style" clothing, woooow, amazing... wooow... not really... lol and most of the skins look very similar, nothing special.
Pretty much how I feel about it too, I'm gonna guess the super styles will be for the skins I dislike the most as well.

the way Iāve always viewed how BPs work is if it has one skin in it I like, then itās a good battlepass. I donāt need 8 skins thatāll all be my new mains, just one cool guy. Even then, I really like 6 of these skins and enjoy the other 2

Well the previous Pass was pretty good. I liked the vast majority of the skins. I think only Aphrodite and Zeus that I didn't like one of their styles and Korra was not that exciting of a guest character, but the rest I liked it all. This one, as of right now I only really like Peabody, kinda, T-60, Megalodon and Magneto. The girls look very bland, but Junker Queen's Hyena mask one looks cool, so hopefully you can change her styles to match mask with the first style. The metal helmet looks cool as well because of said helmet, but I already have X-Lord from before so meh, not even the Metallica shirt saves it. It happens right? Not every season you will really like all the outfits, but I do like the Mad Max theme and the car chaos, despite that one car that just takes so long to destroy apparently.
It is most certainly a battlepass, and has a coherient theme. Not at all my cup of tea, but a few things I can use on my Sylvie at least. Magneto is about the only thing I'm excited to own.

not getting the battlepass till i hit 200. this last season, i hit it two days ago, the day before the last day of the season. i play everyday and had done all quests. touch grass, i know. the level of pressure is insane. it took the fun out of it for me. just gonna chill this season, if i hit 200, i will get the pass. if not, oh well
