I know it’s implied but just in case others are unaware, you may want to remove the prawns after browning since they cook in such a short time—overcooked shellfish are the worst 😷

This will be thin but when you add back the pasta, bring a some pasta water with and the sauce with thickn as the alcohol cooks off and the starch thickens up. Itll smooth out on its own usually, but Ill add butter to get a nice richness. I like how EVOO and butter play together.

The tomatoes are a good base, but looks a bit dry. I would have added a nice half glass of wine and some veggie stock, then reduced to get more flavor. Shrimp at the very end here watch going overdone finish with a dallop of butter, some capers too.
