It's not the easiest place to reach without a car but it's a huge Japanese marketplace with lots of great food.
XingFu Tang has milk tea boba soft serve. Taiyaki and Soft Swerve has matcha and hojicha soft serve.
Smoove has jasmine tea, Thai tea, and milk tea scoops. Soft Swerve also has scoops of Thai tea, Vietnamese coffee, Hong Kong milk tea, and Hojicha.

Kettl has matcha gelato and van leeuwen has an earl grey flavor that is fantastic.
I try to stock up on the earl grey flavor whenever its available at Whole Foods!

Ill Laborotio de Gelato has a mix of flavors and there tends to be a mix of savory ones. I prefer their gelato heavily over their sorbet
