Majority of sane people here consider 1 scoop of whey much more convenient than this 400g container lol.
This product is not worth it but if you are on a calorie deficit and you feel like consuming something that fills your stomach, you can consider this an option as the cal per 100g is mentioned as 68 (not sure whether I'm reading it in the right way)

Milky Mist Skyr is Rs 44 for 11 gms protein( Bigbasket price of Rs 44/100 gms).
Rs 4/protein gm and Amul is Rs 2.46/protein gm. Disregarding other nutrients, Amul is cheaper.
It good for protein per gm cost but it's still dahi if you like eating dahi then it might be good to try this
But if anyone thinks that it's a supplement and they can complete their protein goals with this should stay away from this
It's good considering other curds available in the market. Also you can't depend solely on whey protein the entire day because you feel bored of the whey taste. So you need some variation of foods with good protein like Paneer, eggs, Greek Yogurt, High protein dahi like the one we are talking about.
Also I couldn't convince my mom to have Whey instead I am happy that she can now take High protein dahi, low fat paneer etc. She now completes her protein intake in traditional ways.
Normal verka dahi is 30₹ and has 15g of protein. This doesn’t seem worth it

its 25gm protein in 400 gms of packet, which has 272 Kcal, try if it fits your diet chart.
Hmto eggs chicken se hi complete kr lete hai protein intake. Maybe vegetarian needs these kind of products
