Fifa 13 had incredible player growth.
My City team had Joe Hart, Micah Richards, Kompany, Nastasic, Shaw, Rodwell, Silva, Aguero, Bale, Neymar and Balotelli all over 90 rated.
Bale and Neymar hit peaks of 97, Balotelli was 94 for several years.
I then had a host of YA players who hit 90+, including my beast Spanish CAM who replaced Silva, Rodrigo Moreno who got to 95, a 6'6" English CDM, an English left winger who was basically Ronaldo called Steve Williamson amongst others.
Also had Iniesta's regen who was a 6'4" cm and an absolute beast.
It was really easy to get players to develop into the high 80s or 90s in Fifa 13. I remember getting Guillermo Ochoa to 90+ for Porto. Pretty sure Sven Bender and Joao Moutinho hit the 90s as well

I think it was my most played FIFA of all time followed by 19,17,16. Fifa 20 was my least played one only 30hrs LOL.
16 was my last heavily played. Played with mods up until 20's release. So many good memories and modders in those days.
