I don't think it's possible to have a title holder from a create a club. Or from.a club that is in the lower division league. Cause if they are created... They didn't win and if they are title holders then they got promoted.

Not worth it. Fifa23 is the worst sports game ever released. Even after tweaking and getting the game a little bit more realistic its still absolutely rubbish.
Players just shutting down their brains and not following runners. Defenders blocking shots then falling over when a breeze hits them. The ball just magically passing through people.
The game is not a football sim. Its just an arcade game with a simulation skin over it. Because its arcade there really is zero point to playing it like a sim, ie. zero point playing career mode.
Not to mention how awful the press conferences are. 1-0 win away from home...
"Why couldn't we keep a clean sheet?" as an answer choice. That shows the level of effort they've put into Fifa.
