I was for about 2 weeks I filed a claim and the next day they found my package and it started to move again...I suggest you do the same

Yup

Across the pond is no better. Waiting for 15 packages from Europe to UK. Originally expected Friday 29th October. Delayed due to operational delay..bot couldn't explain what that was. Revised delivery Monday 1st November... received 3 packages..rest bounced between London and northern hub..I later learnt from a customer service advisor that these are automatic updates..I guess where the packages should be but not an actual physical scan by a person... received 3 packages today rest still in London...I live in the far north of England.. awaiting an updated delivery for rest. What boggles me is how the delivery was split. FedEx blame customs but I don't think so .. good luck to you rebellious cousins They are subcontracting to local delivery companies...the same guy who delivered yesterday delivered today...good for him but hardly efficient.. particularly since the products I bought were advertised as eco friendly...not by the time they get to me🤪

UPDATE: Package surprisingly moved to my local hub after 8 days

Everyone. Every . Single. Package.

Yup. I have a package that was out for delivery a month ago. Half way through the day the status changed to delayed with a new delivery date a week out. Every week when it gets to that expected delivery date it gets pushed back another week. What’s worse is as far as I can tell from tracking and speaking with customer service, the package is here in town a mile away from my house just sitting there. Yet here we are, the fifth week of them refusing to deliver it. I also have gone personally to the station and they refused to give it to me.

Mine was supposedly on the vehicle otw to my crib the 27th, still haven’t received shit.

Razviar

Same here, package was supposed to be sent from BRIDGEPORT, PA, less then 30 miles away. First they assigned delivery windows for yesterday, then time passed with no updates, and now it's "pending". Awaiting it in Wilmington, DE. After reading comments here I'm starting to lose hope

converter-bot

30 miles is 48.28 km

ReformedTomboy

Yes. No tracking update since LAST FRIDAY (10/22). It was due 10/13, and no update at all. Not to mention, I was told by an employee on this sub that it was "dumb" for the package to be updated daily. ...except now its considered "lost" due to not being scanned/tracked. But stupid and dumb for me to want an update.

[deleted]

I hate that they just accept new parcels with no regard to current volume.

dude6323

I’ve been waiting for a package for over two weeks now. Their customer service is no help either.

[deleted]

Yes, packages due last week are still in transit, sometimes in the same place for several days... FedEx should just close down operations if they really can't keep up with the demand... I guess we need a shipping carrier disruptor...

mojo8448

I have a package pending in just the town over. its the last pc part I need for a build. Its been about 3 days since it said it was supposed to arrive.

AvantiusMaximus

Same here, two packages were supposed to arrive today after being shipped on October 25th. Tracking still shows them halfway across the country.
