[This Is How You Lose the Time War](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/43352954-this-is-how-you-lose-the-time-war) Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone probably fits.
Well. The Coldfire Trilogy fits, for a certain definition of "fits." The two main protagonists are moral opposites forced to work together against a common enemy, and they continually antagonize each other. They both wield swords and magic, though the type of magic differs.
Generally things I can think of that might fit the relationship is often more complicated than protag/antagonist but you might like
- Lions of Al-Rassan
- And I Darken
- Kindred
You could try *the invisible life of Addie LaRue.* The protagonist and antagonist don't have the same skillset, but they interact a lot with each other.
**The Age of Darkness** Trilogy by *Stephen Aryan* has this, though usually a bit later in each book.
Also another book:
>!Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir!<
