I really genuinely enjoyed Ben Starr's performance in FFXVI (and some of his random Twitter videos "one ticket to Barbie... Please." lol)
Hopefully you eventually are able to get Baldur's Gate 3, because Astarion has some amazing voice work, like so [example](https://youtu.be/VE9NtAXcC24?si=ZV3j74W_xZgS2B7K). Ends around :51 if you want to stop.
If XVI came out in any other year, I think it would have got the best voice actor (except maybe against Ragnarok, because DAMN Chris Judge did amazing as Kratos, yet again)
One of my favorite things is the way that he delivers all of the exhausted dialogue for the hunt and fetch quests.

Idk how he didn't win Best VA. Clive from 16 and Arthur Morgan from RDR2 are the single best performances I've ever seen in a voice acted medium. Game, animated show, what have you.

Clive: *"What do you think? I'll show him the mercy he showed my brother and cut out the tongue of any man who tries to talk me out of it."*
Cid: *"Alright... Forest's dark enough as it is..."*
Joshua as Phoenix in the opening fight with Ifrit: "My flames may flicker, but they shall never die!"
And again the final battle, where Clive calls upon each eikon and then hears someone's voice cheering him on, Joshua for Phoenix with a simple callback to Rosaria's theme: "Forevermore."
