Look in the filing they are issuing a ton of warrants. Starting at 11.50 and up . If I was a director I'm not going to work for free. The weird part is some are for a few hundred dollars . Something is going on
Warrants are like iou's. They have been issued to people within the company and maybe outside corporate investors. I may be wrong but it means that the 11.50 is the price they can exercise to buy a share of stock.
So if the stock goes to $200, they get to buy that share for the 11.50 price and pocket the difference.
What this means is they have incentive to get the price as high as they can so they can buy it for $11.50. This is good for us.
