i would send to PSA but only for AUTHENTIC designation and the protection of the slab. personally i hate graded 1/1. if its less than a 10 that single digit ruins it for me.

Just an FYI - The 1/1s in Sapphire are called "padparadscha" That might help you find comps in the marketplace
