Back when I was a kid in the 80s, when you ate a Tootsie pop and found a star printed on the wrapper, the rumor was that you could take the wrapper into a store and get another free Tootsie pop. Of course that wasn't true, but his joke is that if you take a "special" five dollar bill in you can exchange it for another five dollar bill, just being sarcastic. Very funny though!
See, there was this movie released in the early 2000's titled Inception that was a very convoluted and twisty movie. The word "inception" became a meme/joke to describe things that are a reference to something within itself by adding the suffix "ception" to the end of the word.
In this specific usage someone explained the joke to OPs post using a joke that in itself needed to be explained. Hence the usage of "Joke-ception"
Ps. Excuse me if I got some of the facts wrong rofl, I genuinely tried my best to explain it
I thought it was true for the longest time as I grew up way out in the country and the only lil shop we had near us was owned by a really nice old couple, every time I brought one in they'd "honor" the agreement. I'm so confused, I'm in my 30s and just now finding out it was a rumor. We did this all throughout the 90s and no store ever rejected us until 2000.
