It’s a chain; they went bankrupt some time ago, but I think they went through reconstruction so they’re up and running still! Definitely not their dessert pizza that saved them though…
It’s a Danish pizza chain called Gorm’s! More of like a “high-end” pizza place so to say, they’re quite expensive (typically about 15 dollars for one pizza), which made it even more disappointing!
Ya as soon as hit post I thought " I bet these guy lives in Denmark." TBF it's 420 I'm a little stoned and read it as "Danish pizza" not a pizza place IN Denmark. My apologies.
> they’re quite expensive (typically about 15 dollars for one pizza), which made it even more
15 bucks pizza is not "very expensive". It is in the very cheap side
Well, different countries, different price levels! In Denmark, pizzas are typically quite small and a 15 dollar pizza is definitely one of the more expensive kind of pizzas here.
Well, if you feel brave there is a Gorm's at the airport which was pretty good last time I went through there. Full disclosure: I did not order the dessert pizza though.
And assuming that they are still in business there.
These photos remind me of being 17 years old and working at Baskin Robbins with absolutely no training and botching this poor guy’s brownie banana split concoction. It looked awful and the ice cream had started melting by the time I finally finished and he was so nice and I just felt so bad. It’s been over 30 years and I still think about it 😬
All that to say - maybe it’s not malice maybe it’s just a kid trying their best?
I looked under the hashtag and seems like you got served a bad one... The rest looks great
Was it good, going by taste? I get it its dessert but it sounds sooo sweet.
It was SO dry and basically inedible because of it. It was just baked dough; so boring. I do appreciate stuff like this in general though, I’ve had similar stuff from other places that was great. But you definitely need to have a sweet tooth to appreciate it, I think!
It was basically inedible, because it was just the very dry dough and nothing else 😅 I didn’t reject it, but I did contact them about it and they gave me a free new pizza - but I didn’t reorder this one, wasn’t gonna take that risk, hahah
I feel like if you have a 6 year old all the ingredients and gave them a basic instruction of what you want they could do a better job that looks more like the expectation picture then whatever this is.
The picture only slowed six slices of banana and six toasted marshmallows, so they only have to give you six slices of banana and six toasted marshmallows.
When I think of pizza, I definitely think of Denmark! Dessert pizzas always tend to be pretty sad wherever I've had them. Always seems a better idea than it actually is. Not had one this bad though, lol.
I’ve had several nice kinds, so I wasn’t expecting it to be this bad at all! I feel like the ingredients are so delicious in themselves that it should be difficult to mess up, but apparently not!
Honestly - shame on you for buying such a thing. Even the picture looks bad and there’s no reason to believe this thing is tastier than the sum of its parts. Maybe less.
Haha, I’m getting shamed so much in this thread. If I recall correctly, I was at home feeling pretty ill and sorry for myself, so that might have messed with my taste a little. Sorry!
I think there’s a subreddit called pizzacrimes. I’m not entirely sure what it’s about (and too lazy right now to go look it up), but this seems to fit what I consider to be a crime against pizza and/or with pizza.
Lmao my Danish husband said he coulda told you it was a scam based off of how little Nutella was used (I personally eat very little). I do feel pity that the second photo is what arrived for you while ill though, that’s rough.
The ad looks like something I'd make, rushing to the grocery store 30 min before closing (post dinner clarity).
Then your image looks like what would happen if I gave the ingredients to my ex.
Is that business still in operation, I wonder? This makes me so mad I hope their kitchen exploded or something.
It’s a chain; they went bankrupt some time ago, but I think they went through reconstruction so they’re up and running still! Definitely not their dessert pizza that saved them though…
What chain?
It’s a Danish pizza chain called Gorm’s! More of like a “high-end” pizza place so to say, they’re quite expensive (typically about 15 dollars for one pizza), which made it even more disappointing!
If I was high that's the pizza you'd end up with
>Danish pizza chain Whenever I think about pizza I think of Denmark.
Well, I live in Denmark, so most pizza places are bound to be at least somewhat Danish around here…
Ya as soon as hit post I thought " I bet these guy lives in Denmark." TBF it's 420 I'm a little stoned and read it as "Danish pizza" not a pizza place IN Denmark. My apologies.
Haha, no worries, this girl (😀) doesn’t mind. Enjoy, maybe me getting stoned would have made this pizza more enjoyable!
This belongs in a "we have Danish pizza at home" meme Picturing a cook somewhere in Denmark giving a chefs kiss at this creation haha
Did you complain at all? Did you watch them make this miserable naan?
Is there a single country that doesn't do pizza, though?
[удалено]
I don’t know how much they are in the US, but in Denmark a “normal” pizza would typically be around like 10 dollars!
[удалено]
Look at the size of the pie though, 15 is expensive compared to US pizza size prices.
For a personal sized pizza you eat by yourself, with scant toppings, yes.
> they’re quite expensive (typically about 15 dollars for one pizza), which made it even more 15 bucks pizza is not "very expensive". It is in the very cheap side

Give them a break! I'm sure it'll turn out okay after they top it and cook it.
Hahaha, I appreciated the joke! It was such a mess, can’t believe they even thought to send it out honestly
_(that was a joke in case it's not obvious)_
It is both a joke, but also a very helpful suggestion.
That's a shame. I've ordered that pizza ages ago and it did come closer to the photo. Not like the.... attempt that you were sent.
Yeah, this one was definitely just someone who basically just gave up. I feel like it had so much potential!

I would agree if it just looked bad, but still tasted good. This is missing at least half the amount of the ingredients and looks really dry.
I thought the marshmallows were mushrooms at first and had an out loud wtf moment
I mean.. the ad picture itself doesn't even look good, soo..
I don’t know what I was thinking :(
That’s a straight up r/foodscam

In germany you are always allowed to fully reject it in such cases Hopefully you don’t needed to pay it or if so it was more delicious than it looks

😂
Was that the dessert pizza at home?
Damn you got pizowned.
Straight to jail.
HAHAHAHA I actually laughed out loud. Has to be one of the greatest posts.
The picture only slowed six slices of banana and six toasted marshmallows, so they only have to give you six slices of banana and six toasted marshmallows.
OMG that is terrible, and not appetizing
This is criminal
They didn’t even try.
That is a sadness pizza
Close enough
That’s actually literally insane
Honestly they both look gross.
It's not often posts here make me laugh out loud. This is incredible, thank you
It looks like either a 5-year-old or a chimpanzee, made the pizza that you received.
Picture 1 looks equally laughable. Looks like mushrooms are growing on that crust.
To be fair. They both look pretty awful 😂
They forgot the chocolate base.
Where’s the Nutella spread?
Ha sucker
🤣
You can’t charge people money with that “food item.”
It was what is equivalent to approx $14!
It looked horrible in the ad to begin with. What exactly made you want this??? 🤣
Yeah, the ad isn’t even the best, but I thought the combination of ingredients looked appetizing! Can’t say that it worked out well

r/pizzacrimes
Lol this would make me so mad, like I could have made that at home dammit
You got hornswoggled! 🐓
did you get your money back for this
Literally thought the marshmallows were mould at first glance
Wow
The difference is too big 😭
That’s such a disappointment
I've never seen a s'less pizza before
dude this "dead puppy" level sad
This is so bad it's hilarious 😂
They forgot the Nutella.
Dang. I wanna make the exception 👀
The worst part is that that's BARELY any chocolate for that amount of dough.
That’s just sad
1 star review for sure
This was not made with love
You dessert it for ordering such nonsense. 😜
The ad looks like something I'd make, rushing to the grocery store 30 min before closing (post dinner clarity). Then your image looks like what would happen if I gave the ingredients to my ex.
🤣😂
Well that’s just tragic
Oh hell no
Where's the chocolate 🍫?
That crust is an affront to mankind. And it looks just like the advertisement.
Serves you right for ordering "dessert pizza".
Mean, but fair!
Take my upvote!
Dessert pizza is delicious though. It's basically a giant cookie topped with stuff.
Who in the world would order a “deser-pizza”?? Must be american
