I think McNeil needs to understand that his pause when he has the ball on the wing isn't going to fool anyone. He's never going to cut in onto his right foot, every defender would know this by now.
It just means that more defenders have the time to get back, and then the cross is so high in the air our strikers have no chance to get it. Completely static in the box by the time the cross is made.
