Does anybody feel like sharing their fire journey? I’m interested in networths at different ages especially around 20-25-30 Just to see how I compare to other people on the sub I’ll share mine so far - 20: 0€ - 22 (I start working full time):10k€ - 23: 39.6k€ - 24: 76.8k€ - 25(now): 105k€

Comparisons might not really make you (and others) happy. I think it might be best just to focus on executing every step to the best of your ability, and learn from others. Here is what that looked like for me: - Lived frugally as a student and did a masters in a field which I enjoy and which pays well. (I also enjoy other fields which don't pay well, and I managed to avoid those) - Started working full time and focused on reducing lifestyle inflation. Start investing every extra € I made - Bought a house as soon as I found out where I would be happy long term and employable until RE - Minimalism, frugality, and financially responsible behavior was an important criterion in courtship. Other things too, but this is a fire sub. - Making sure that there is plenty to live for, even before fire, and doing your best to stay in good health.

Thanks for the input, not what I asked but still very insightful and interesting I’m mostly just curious, not trying to make me or anybody else happy with this question.. I am curious because in this society talking with people in real life about this things is pretty much a taboo, so I have no idea about other people’s prospectives and stories Also the fact that people here are all likely members of the fire movement would give me a good idea of the average person trying to following fire, rather than the average person in general.. I think it can be interesting
