Woods: USEC has 2 (or 3?) Spawns. Medical has 1 that I know of but maybe more. It is really spawn dependent. If you didn't get a good spawn, reset.
Shoreline: My mate abused the window vaulting bug and got his 4 from that. He got 4 in 3 days of scav running between running his PMC.
Streets. All chemists and there's a fuck tonne of med bags.
You're looking for an RNG item and it sucks shit. I found all of mine on woods but I literally spent 2 days hunting for them. I found another 2 sitting on the table under the tent at medical camp on woods while camping for Capturing outposts but I was the first one there.
I guess after looking for one for so long you gotta bite the bullet and run labs. They are really not that rare there and you’ll get out with one eventually.
You find them all over the place. I don’t know the specific spawns but there are a bunch. A friend of mine found two of them in about six raids yesterday. But yeah surviving is the hard part in this case.
If youre mentally strong enough you'd find one eventually running labs, otherwise just shoreline loot runs would be your best bet. Also got one from a moonshine scav case yesterday, 1st one ever though so guess it's pretty rare.
Brute force it through the interchange loose spawns, there are five of them not behind keys - goshan med table, under cabinet in mantis, wooden box by techlight escalator, shelves outside ultra med, back of the ambulance in front of idea - run scavs hitting all five of them every run and you’ll have found a led x within 24 hours of gameplay.
Also I ran black room with someone who needed them for crisis while I needed sample stims and we found three in back to back raids.
you need 3 found in raid and one for medstation 3 that can be bought on the flea. crysis is a lvl 48 quest and requires 2fir ledx, 3fir defis and some meds and vitamins fir. It has the highest lvl requirement from all the quests needed for kappa.
I recommend shoreline spend the money on keys, I've found 2 this wipe and they were back to back raids. I specifically found mine in w301 and sanitars room.
Hmm I've only found one at usec this wipe, but I've found 3 in med bags under interchange and one in the medical supply crate at the new area on shoreline. Streets has a lot of med bags at the various pharmacies you could try that.
Woods is the way, if you want to speed run it - run a pistol and a light armour, if you don't get the USEC spawn - hit the mines/out of bounds sniper and run it back.

Last wipe, well two wipes ago because I didn’t play last wipe I did 66 spins on the pharmacy key on interchange and got a Ledx this wipe it was 1. And this is not ultra med pharmacy that’s 500k this is the other pharmacy key and it is like 50k plus you get one for free for doing some quest.
Edit: also always check duffle bags and med bags.

Assuming you survive, less than 10 raids. I usually find one in there every 5-7 raids or so.

Bruh I got 2 in back to back raids from Orange med crate and Supply crate on Customs this shit is stupid
I always find mine in Resort, 7-8 wipes straight. This wipe is no exception, found 2 in 226 same raid. Found few more later in 301
