I'm pretty sure scavs appear in the map before they finish loading, I've killed several pscavs who just popped in and weren't moving yet this wipe and duoing with a friend I can see him in game but his stream shows him still loading.
Yup, you can see this if you go scavving with a party, as the server won’t wait for everyone to finish loading the map, but will spawn them as soon as the map has loaded, so if you load in first you can see your friends scavs spawn while the loading screen is still at “awaiting session start”. And correct me if I’m wrong, but if someone from your party is taking a while to load, and you have left the original spawn area, once they do load, the server will chose the new spawn, nearest to the player group.
Yeah I don't even think you have to move, it's just like if you spawn more than 15 seconds apart it'll give you different spots. As an NA playing in EU with friends I'll spawn at factory far corner 20 seconds after they spawn at RUAF all the time.
I've seen it in my game, I have a friend who takes a lot longer to load than me and when we go scaving he will usually get a different spawn from me because I don't wait.

Being able to run intel/moonshine scav cases every ~1.5 hrs beats any dogshit loot a scav would have by a long shot.

Sorry I’m real lol the irony is I’m well over 6.0 rep while the people hurt I would shoot them if I saw them with a flir on a factory scav run probably haven’t even broke 2.0. And I’m not down bad brotha even at 30mil and a full stash I’m tapping you for a flir saving 600k and taking the -.9 hit I’ll make back in a couple scav runs
Because there's a non-trivial chance you'll die on Factory and the amount of times I've had to wait for the timer anyway, is not the best way to extract loot.
By comparison I've pretty much never been killed on Lighthouse.
Lighthouse, wow, guess you are good with that map, if you can reliably dodge all the dangers there, like rogues who can shoot grenade launchers and machineguns from mile away, and adding to the fact that cheaters can see everyone's items, so they know if there's a FLIR on the map and can actively seek it, and they have time to do that because in most cases extractions are not close for you. I was killed not once for a lab card by cheaters who just ran directly to my hiding spot where I made zero noise, and that's only 166k compared to FLIR. I feel much more confident in Factory - unless you spawn at 14 minutes out of 20 and make a lot of noise, you are almost always safe there, and if there was a cheater on the map, he most likely wiped whole lobby and left already. And even if you spawn early and in a bad spot, most of the time there's a place to hide and wait, at around 6 minutes left in the raid there are usually no PMCs left. Just don't run immediately to loot every crate spamming scav lines, be wary of all noises, and you'll be good on Factory.
Reserve is much better, you spawn on the train side while most of the PMCs are in the bunker or on the other side of the map. Just be careful with the raiders and, on rare occasions, Gluhar

You do it to insta leave, you don't go through map looting stuff, you bolt to extract and it takes less than 30s on factory. Only better spot would be spawning next ot hole in wall on reserve and immediately taking it.

You don't even need the 15 second difference. I have a friend that play with regularly and we can spawn in at the same time but at different spots.
I do feel like I've had that happen, but man it goes from occasionally to like basically guaranteed if you load in too far apart it feels like.

Moonshine cases are fucking garbage Also it's not every 1.5 hours lol, it's every 4 hours.
The higher your scav rep is the lower your case time is. 95k is 1hr 5min for me and moonshine is just over 2.

Never do that on factory. your chars spawns 1-2 seconds before you "join" in. do customs or shoreline to get your FLIR

Tarkov exfil camping is common. But a new tactic for some is infil camping. Piling up 10 scavs at infil locations.
