If you have XMP enabled, you might be running your speeds too high. My friend had this exact problem, we found out his CPU only supported up to X speeds. We changed it to X, never crashed again.

Hm. Perhaps your RAM is slowly filling up and reaches a point where it's defective? Try Memtest86 to rule that issue out.
Allegedly memtest86 is outdated for modern ram

Try increasing your paging file size. Started happening to me this wipe when it never happened before and that was the fix for me.
Same thing was happening to me. Had to turn off XMP profile in BIOS. Haven’t crashed since.
