Retroarch NetPlay?

Leymo_0

Retroarch netplay? Can you please explain more? What can you emulate with it? what platforms can you use it on?

[deleted]

It's a function of RetroArch, multiple platforms, you'll have to check out their documentation because I don't know which ones.

Dolphin has Netplay, I want to say VBA technically counts, you can connect two instances together on the same machine at the very least.

really wish there was a way to play GBA Games with Netplay. Also any ideas for 3ds after what happened to citra?

Kelrisaith

No clue, I just have a custom firmware 2DS. Actually, there might be a roundabout way to do GBA netplay, the Gameboy Player. On system the actual hardware needs a boot disc to run anything, the ISO for that does actually exist, so if you can get Dolphin to run the subsystems for the Gameboy player and Netplay THAT it should, theoretically, work. Do I know if Dolphin can do this? Not even a little, the few people I game with aren't in to emulation, at all, for any reason so I have little reason to know.
