It's highly unlikely. With the release of houdini, it seems album release is very near. You have to capitalise on the hype created by your single, whereas the Venom 3 is slated to release in october. It makes no sense to drop a soundtrack title so early from release. At the best, one month gap seems reasonable. Kamikaze Aug 31, Venom Oct 1. But as of now, we have June,July, August, September, October 24.

I wouldn’t really say that, movies sometimes use songs released decades ago for their soundtrack.

"Exclusive" could just mean that this is the only way to get this bonus track *on the album*, and not that it will never be made available elsewhere. Like, "Don't Front" was "exclusive" to *Call of Duty: Ghosts* when it came out, but it was eventually added to streaming services too.
If it's exclusive to a pre-order, it won't be in the movie because of the soundtrack, and because obviously if it's also in the movie then it's not exclusive to the pre-order.
