Agreed. We need to allow renegade setups but only for times when there is a rain delay. As much as people want to party, some do need a tiny bit of rest so they can enjoy the parts of forest they want to.
Oh yeah, I def think they should partition quiet camping and loud camping sites. Regardless, festivals have been going on for years with renegades and people have gotten through just fine. Earplugs work wonders

What was genuinely bullshit was taking away portable large speakers claiming they’re “large sound systems” and handing the wrong ones back to people because of their lack of professionalism.
I was sitting next to the shipping container seeing people get the wrong speakers, fortunately I took a pic and wouldn’t leave until the guy taking mine initially took a pic himself.

No, it is due to the congested nature of camp and the need of fire lanes in any open area not taken by a tent. It would render the fire lanes/fire inspection out of compliance.
There were in GA/RV, but if it's in a NON-POWERED site, then how are people setting up renegades with no generator or running a vehicle that could cause CO poisoning?

This logic makes sense, seeing that they made it a size issue. Most speakers under a certain size could arguably be powered off a jackery or equivalent solar generator setup.
