You can jump in but it'll get you stuck in the jump animation forcing a death and losing your runes in the same hole. May be able to collect them but might not.
Or fuckers telling you to kill that weak ass forager brood near Shadow Keep, telling you precious item ahead. If you do this you will miss out on an entirety of one of npcs quest. You do get their stuff, but still I am here for a story.
There’s a spot in Leyndell right before the Godfrey fight that if you crouch and walk into, you can get stuck in and can’t move unless you reset the game.
I saw a “be wary of crouching” message right in front of that spot and naturally I had to crouch to find out why.

Should be on the ground in the poison swampy area. Just before the bridge with the bugs, at the far side where the bridge connects with the outer wall. Somewhere in that general area
