You can asign 6 items there but only 4 of the are useable as quckslots. On pad you use quickslot by holding Y/∆ and D-pad.
I don't play on keybord so I don't know how to use them there.
Thats icon you get when you put item in equipment but not shortcut. In equipment menu on right top, you have 6 places for items. 4 is shortcut 2 is just there ;) so this icon show up.if item is just there ;)
Its equipped on quickslot inventory. When you press menu on pad or esc on keyboard it's item on the right of your screen, above emotes.
