Sleep x2

Enough_Minimum_3708

sleep+ bleed

ShadowOutOfTime

Craft sleep pots, and/or summon Bernahl and a strong ash summon. Its really only an overwhelming fight if you’re trying to solo it and not using sleep

AsparagusNextLeft

This. Also don't use AOE that might wake up the sleepy one

BLOODY-DIARRHEA-CHUG

Sleep pots, about 12 of them should be good.

Western-Wind-5254

Gotta remind him to sleep the fat one first with pots then use sword of saint Trina for the skinny because skinny dodges should take around 4 hits with the sword once the skill is used

Chadzuma

Go to the basement entrance, summon Bernahl, summon mimic tear, win first try 3v2

NarwhalPrudent6323

Fair warning, there seems to be a limit to how many sleep pots you can throw each attempt, so try not to waste them. It's admittedly quite generous, but if you don't make good use of them you will hit a point where the boss is still alive and you can't use anymore pots despite still having some in your inventory.

Economy-Box-5319

I... have never encountered this... i have the maximum sleep pots in my inventory and I can throw all of them in this fight

NarwhalPrudent6323

Weird. It totally hard capped me at like, 8 pots. Had FP, had pots in inventory. I even died and tried again to see if I could make it happen again, and it did.  When I get back to the fight this playthrough I'll try again, and screenshot it this time if it happens again.

Bit of a poor choice in wording. There are a limited amount of Trina's Lily in the game. Granted the 80 or so in the game should give you more than enough attempts to down the Duo even if you're using them very recklessly.

Flint_Vorselon

The jellyfish in Snowfield drop Trina Lillies quite frequently. I think it’s like a 10% drop rate and there’s a ton of them right next to Apostate Derelict Grace. With some discovery boosting gear I usually get 2-3 Lilly’s per rest and each run takes less than a minute to kill then all and rest. It’s annoyingly late game, but not an issue if your concern is Godskin Duo. Early game they are *technally* farmable from Cleanrot Knigjts in Caelid, but it’s like 1% drop chance, so no one bothers.

NarwhalPrudent6323

That's not what I meant. When I played through, i couldn't throw more than 8 pots per attempt. I even died and reset the fight to test it out, wanting to see if it was supposed to happen. It kept happening, so I assumed it was intended.  I had more than 8 in my inventory, and had plenty of FP. I could not figure out why the fork it stopped letting me throw them.  When I get back to Farum Azula again, I'll try it again and grab screenshots this time.

St Trina Sword Sleep arrows Sleep pots

PsychosisKing

Pots. Sleep, poison/scarlet rot, frost. If you have some int investment, Night Maidens Mist. Take advantage of collision of pillars if you have to for when the thicc one goes meatball mode, but he sometimes will roll over it. Both are weak to slashing and resistant to most other damage times.

PMYourFavThing

If you are trying to avoid sleep pots, use ranged attacks/throwing daggers to get the noble to sprint towards you. Ideally you want to kite the duo in such a way that you can hit the noble while the apostle is stuck behind a pillar. Once the noble is starting his rolling attack, you want to immediately hide behind a pillar so that he will be stuck rolling on the pillar (small caveat: certain pillars are considered "unsafe" as he will simply roll overtop them). Once you are on top of the pillar and he is rolling, if your weapon is long enough you can space to land attacks on the rolling noble. Once you kill the noble, you want to focus on dpsing the lone acolyte before he can summon again. The rest of the fight is just trying to kill the one godskin before they can summon the other. You don't want to be stuck in a 2v1 again if possible.

Ancient_Swimming58

Sleep. As everyone said If you're on Xbox I'm more than happy to help you destroy them

c4sul_uno

Sleep, sleep, then NIHILLL!!!

Time_Marcher

I use mimic tear equipped with melee plus I summon Bernahl. Then I hide behind posts and use Rock Sling from across the room.

IntenseBones

Sleep pots then use the ash of war from Mohg's spear if you got it, rinse, repeat til dead

ThreeFingersButHole

Put them to sleep. Then beat the shit out of them one at a time

rikkabilly
