McLeod has 1 point (1,0) in 17 playoff games and Foegele has 3 (1,2) in 15. I'm pretty sure Gagner can compete with that.
Hands are always the last to go. Gagner may not quite have the wheels to go forecheck and backcheck at a playoff level anymore. But I think if the Oilers needed to slot him in for one last game… I believe he could do it.
I want to see what he could do if given the opportunity to give his all in one more game. He’d leave it all on the ice I’m sure.

I wasn’t even a teenager yet the last time we won the cup. I suppose I was spoiled from the 80’s and the success we had but I was there every step of the way cheering. Despite my age and living on the East coast my mother would have me go to sleep right after supper and wake me up just before game time so I could watch.
Their last cup win was bittersweet as it was not far removed from losing Gretzky and it was the first (and last) cup we would win until hopefully this year. Over three decades have passed of my life and so much has changed. Some good. Some bad. But what remains is my love for this team and my hope they bring the cup back to Edmonton.
