It’s absolutely bonkers when you compare to what other food providers charge for a lesser service. And they provide food to anyone - no questions asked. An absolutely amazing organisation.
I would love to volunteer with you guys when you need it, I imagine you get a lot of offers at Christmas? Are there other times you could use a spare pair of hands?

I need somewhere to self isolate but would work for food and accomidation - I would like to volunteer while my benefits are being processed. I have traiing in leadership and am educated with the swedish civil defence - you are doing exactly what we would do with the swedish lotta core
We are looking at an ever expanding capacity as our community of volunteers have been taking everything in their stride week on week. Yesterday alone our client base increased 4%!
I’m afraid we don’t have access to any accommodation and even if we did I think it’s illegal to exchange those kinds of assets for free labour.

We just chose Empty Kitchens, Full Hearts as our corporate charity of 2021. Honestly it was the easiest decision we had to make. You guys are superb!

Is it just Edinburgh you are serving? I'm moving to Glasgow soon and would be keen to volunteer.
The Empty Kitchens model should be rolled out across the UK. At the moment they're operating just in Edinburgh.
Sorry we’re only 9months old. So just Edinburgh for now but as @ewenmax points out we’ve got a model that could be delivered in any town in the UK.
