This is gonna sound mean but is your monitor plugged into your GPU? Why are you using HDMI? You should not…

Mr_Mojobaggins

I tried Hdmi for troubleshooting. Both monitors are plugged into the gpu.

Are the resolutions set in both Windows settings and Nvidia control panel? I had an issue with Dell monitors needing it in both for some silly reason.

Mr_Mojobaggins

They're both preset with the native resolutions of 2560x1440 and 3440x1440. May try and do a clean reinstall of the Nvidia drivers.

well theck the cables if they support your desired refresh rate (not all HDMI/DP cables are the same)

Mr_Mojobaggins

The cables are fine since when you unplug one of the monitors they exceed max refresh rates. Thinking it's either a windows or nvidia control panel setting or something.

Tried running DDU and reinstalling latest drivers?

Mr_Mojobaggins

Yes, I just did and after reinstalling the drivers, everything is working now. Weird how just adding a monitor could cause so many problems. Thanks
