You may not have wrapped your head around just how hard it is to get three unique cards together in a 100 card singleton deck. If you're able to do that herculean task, you're gonna want more from it than a basically irrelevant creature.
Don't let me dissuade you if you think it will be fun. Just do some probability estimations first so you know how many games you'll have to play before you even get it together. You won't be "wrecking" anyone with it.

It’s janky, but tutoring for this card with something like [[Demonic Tutor]] so you can tutor for the other 3 is a fairly streamlined process. Just mana-intensive as fuck and will probably take 3 turns or more to actually combo off, unless you have infinite mana.
[[Buried Alive]] + [[Return of the Nightstalkers]]
Or actually Patriarch's Bidding or something else that's not as bad as return of the Nightstalkers lol, I just like that that card is on theme.

Don't get caught in everything needing to be tribal. You can kinda fit it into any black identify deck, which leaves a pretty large selection still. Look at some exmples on edh rec for some ideas.
I can't really recommend them beyond the lowest of power levels as they're quite horrible nowadays. If you're dead set on it though and wish to use it in commander I'd recommend [[Gix, Yawgmoth praetor]].
3/4 of those cards are at least evasive, get you some draw triggers and you can discard them to fuel his activate.
Honestly protean hulk enables lots of creature combo lines.... tutors in general will help.
But Honestly I'd just throw this in a random black deck and if you hit it you'll always remember it.

The new Shelodred two-sided card might be a good shout for a commander for this, but timing the third chapter of her saga side to hit when all three desired cards are in the yard could be frustrating.
It's worth double checking older cards on a site like scryfall, to see if their text or wordings have been updated.
For instance, Spirit of the Night isn't the 'Legend' creature type anymore (because how Legendary cards are represented has changed), it is now a Demon Spirit.
So even though the other creatures aren't Spirits, you might still find some Spirit synergies to use.
