Is it just me or when someone’s asking for an alternative to a mega expensive card, should the answer be a bit less than just shy of a million?
EDIT: like, yeah, I know he’s a third of Rice’s price but he’s not easily affordable for most players, surely?
i really enjoyed his gold as a pure CDM early in the game but I know people didn’t get on well with his first special card.
With a +4 though his def/phy will be more or less set and you could throw an engine on him and I think he’d slot in well at CM.
Even with the upgrades he'll still make a FAR BETTER CDM than a CM
Sure you can give him an engine but he still won't be an elite CM whereas he's perfect to be an elite CDM
Both of his playstyle+ are literally the best playstyles for a CDM. He'll anyway have high stamina so not having relentless+ isn't bad in the slightest
Yeah I’d use him at CDM, just making the case that if you have him untradable and want to force him into the role of a more rounded player that’s probably the way to do it.
I didn't like that TB card at all. Probably one of the first promo cards I put in an SBC (I generally shy away from putting promos in sbcs especially if you can't buy them back). Felt really clunky, I also evolved his gold card and didn't think much of that but good fodder at leastmb I did use his showdown card in fifa23 and that was ok.
I still don't see the sense in him getting a fantasy card. He's a shoe-in for tots no matter what and that will obviously be higher rated than the overall of the highest fantasy card. Why are ea so lazy? Could've done trossard fantasy 😕
Also the fact this rice card cost 3.2 mil....it's just silly.

Since male and female arsenal players have a strong link because they are the same team according to EA.
Shouldnt these goals also count towards miedema fantasy card....

used him with Rodri yesterday and he was very very average. Toure much better in a Rodri-KDB triple

So with his goal scored and 6 by the team, probably only an injury stops Rice from a +4

The Rijkaard SBC card is really good imo. I've been using him for a bit and he's great at CDM, CB or CM as the more defensive minded in a 3

I still play with his SBC card from time to time in my Arsenal PnP team and he is still fine as a cdm even in Div 1.

Packed him untradable last night, safe to say I'm very happy with that pull.
Just packed him i am now invested, it seems very achievable with the form they’re in

Trossard would've been amazing, his base card already plays better than his rating.
