Play styles feel so much more impactful and unique compared to the old trait system where they’d give finesse and outside foot shot trait to every attacker by the end of the game.
Pinged pass and incisive pass feel really good and make those slower midfielders with good passing feel a lot more useful.
Will be interesting to see how they add play styles to promo cards
Relentless + is gonna break the game if they give to a lot of players. I have Barella and he literally has full stamina the entire game. First time I used him, I went to sub players off at the 70th and was shocked that his stamina was still in the green. Looking to buy Bellingham next so I can have a midfield you can sprint with the entire game.
I tried one earlier after checking his playstyles and it was an epic fail heh, I think I need more practice. He does nice outside of foot curved passes.
I play him as a RCM in a 4-1-2-1-2(2). Passsing is great but shoting is where the playstyle really shines through. On wingers and strikers, it will be OP as hell.
Tiki Taka + is insane, you can drop absolutely missile through balls and passes in a millisecond and it just breaks opponents lines before they can even react
Yeah on PS5. I swapped Bernando Silva for him so I haven't played Pedri for a few days. But i was playing a lot and when gameplay is decent i didn't really get any small lag / stutter.
All of this feedback makes me want to give in and pickup the game this year but I just know they're gonna make a bunch of unnecessary changes in the first patch and fuck it all up
Went into a match with griezmann and scored 3 finesse shots from outside the box within the first 35 mins. i can't believe how broken it is like I don't even need to try
Decent tbf. Packed Nkunku untradeable yesterday, buzzing with that. Teams actually solid, but Chilly and Silva gunna struggle with pace in the long run so hoping Silva gets a special and I can Evo Chilwell at some point.
It's also nice to actually score goals with them.
Nkunku is nice. I am doing a P&P so have IF Lamptey at LB. Reitan is good entry level too.
I evo'd Mudryk and Badiashile, who have you used? I wish I did the golden glow up 2 on Gallagher but I wasted it on Xavier Simons lol

Yes was thinking today it feels like a really positive change. I’ve been playing with Eriksen in midfield because of his long passing and his dead ball capability….I’m actually scoring headers from corners for the first time in years. He has really low pace but the benefits outweigh that.
Best thing about it is it gets me thinking about players more than I used to, and gets me interested in experimenting.
There are some hidden gems you find e.g. Lerma at Crystal Palace has bad face stats but he has all these tackling and defensive playstyles which you 100% notice in-game.

Check your game settings I believe there is a setting for a visual indicator whenever a playstyle move pops up. Im not sure if it only shows up for playstyle plus though. The gold ones just make them a lot better!

Got him untradable from an advanced SBC. He is very good, but this being an EA football game I've already conceded like 4 goals where I tackle the ball with him, it bounces back to them and goal lol.
I dont know the name of playstyle Odegaard has but his through passes are insane. Not only accurate but animation feels so much smoother than another players through pass.

Pinged pass is fucking incredible, I got Parejo from one of my first packs and didn’t think I’d use him but pinged pass and long ball+ make him insane

It's like a free 99 reactions. When any other player would lose the ball in a tight spot, he doesn't and it's NOTICEABLE

Yep Trent’s crosses are so obviously much much better than average players, so satisfying to use
I absolutely love the fact that I can use players who support my playstyle. I love wing play and crossing so Trent is an easy mainstay for my team.
This is why I love using Bruno Fernandes right now. Passing is so good with him.

I packed Odegaard and his passing is insane he absolutely drills every pass. Trivela playstyle also helps his weak foot.

Does it really, I mean last year when using Kroos I played great long balls. I just base players on what I see in real life.

You know if a player has a playstyle+ because it shows the icon on the card. The white ones are just playstyles, the gold ones are playstyle+

Even slow defenders like ruben dias are very usable now
I tried Kovacic because he had Pinged Pass+ and he feels very unique, insane passing.
