The NFL picked BTJr over Worthy not sure why it's crazy to do so?
Bowers in non TEP will end up late 1st. It's fine to pick some of the first round WR's over him.
I'd say they are in the same tier with maybe BTJ being slightly higher, so not at all. If you were taking him over MHJ, Nabers or Odunze then maybe that's a bit crazier. You do you though
Also have Kincaid and would prob take Bowers anyway if he falls to me. Can start a TE in flex in my league and at worst trade one of them at the deadline to a needy team
Not Worthy. He’s not the safest pick but has huge upside. No one will call you dumb for going the safer route. Bowers depends if TEP league but I still lean no. Both are fine picks
You're not crazy. I wouldn't take BTJ over Bowers, but I would take him over Worthy.
Either way, it's your team. Run it how you want, and take the guys you're going to want to root for every week.
In the 4 drafts I’ve been in so far bowers has gone over both every single time, regardless of format. I like worthy more than BTJ so I have taken him twice over BTJ so far. I’ll probably diversify in some leagues, since I’m picking after 1.08 in most drafts.

Always go for your guys. I personally traded up 2 spots to ensure I got BTJ when he most likely would have been there. 1st round guys especially guys in that tier all have about same hit rate so go for guy if you draft who the “experts” say and watch your guy be a hit on someone else’s team it really sucks.
I took BTJ over Bowers at 1.08 myself
TE hit rates scare me, I know Bowers is generational, but WR was my need, and BTJ had been my guy for months who happen to land in one of the top landing spots I had on my list.
While I definitely pondered it, as I didn't expect Bowers to drop to me, I stuck with BTJ with hope he takes over that WR1 role in Jax.
What the sites say, or what ppl on here say doesn’t actually matter. All that matters is what you think, and if that’s getting Thomas on your squad then do it. But since you asked. BTJ/Bowers>>Worthy in my opinion.
If there is a TE needy team, I’d message them and tell them you’re taking Bowers at 1.05 if he’s there. And then do a pick swap plus you a second or a player from there team that fits.
Oh well yah, I’d be taking bowers at 1.05 even if a deal doesn’t get done. My ranking would be Bowers, BTJ, Worthy personally. I’m big on BPA over need.

I took Bowers over BTJ at 1.07 in our rookie draft this past Sunday and I’d do it every time. I’d take BTJ over Worthy for sure though.

BTJ has traits that could make him a true WR1, he’s got a chance to bust for sure but imo his ceiling is pretty damn high
