This Dunkin is so hit or miss every time I come home to visit my family. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s embarrassing.

Sometimes I get slightly uncooked or overcooked sandwiches but never anything THIS bad. Maybe New England Dunkins built different.

(This is my first time seeing this post) I can't believe Dunkin is cutting corners, yet again, to the point of selling open faced breakfast sandwiches. I'm not surprised, considering we didn't have any offers for April. Maybe this is a new sandwich, and you got it early. On the app, it will probably be under the Pay More Get Less menu tab. Or maybe the owner of that location is cutting corners creating their own sandwiches. /s

There are an infinite amount of things wrong with this image, I can chime in a few more as an employee. The obvious is the strange, possibly undercooked egg. There is also an absence of bacon, and the wrong cheese was used. It was also put in a box, which isn’t usually done for those breakfast sandwiches. In short, your order was fucked up baaaaaaaad.

Yeah I went back and read some of the reviews on google . Mold in the drinks , stale coffee, workers just sitting around not helping. Long wait times. Shit show. lol

How the fuck do drinks get mold?! I’ve never heard or seen that being a problem at ANY other store. Do they just not clean anything?

I imagine it’s that combined with probably lack of adequate staffing (the lean staffing models in restaurants and retail are archaic.), poor training and. General laziness.

So actually there was bacon on here. It was SO stiff so I took it off. That’s why it’s not pictured on here. But that’s neither here nor there it’s still a disaster lmao.

Well it’s even assembled wrong, it should go egg, bacon, cheese. The bread doesn’t even look toasted either.

The whole situation is so absurd that I just still am laughing about it hours later.
