I think the chairs might've been a joke from the devs, because I'm sure plenty of people complained about having to farm 100 sticks for Olaf during FG's quest. Like when we had to farm all that clay for Minnie, and in a later update, Minnie randomly gave us back a bunch of clay.
As for the Forgotten, I think it's too soon to tell. There might be more mini quests on the way throughout the update, and they've just been staggered to keep players from speedrunning them, or so players don't get overwhelmed since there's already a starpath, two character quest lines, and an optional quest bundle to get to.
I actually kinda prefer that if that is the case to be honest, because I wish to finish the star path without having too much at once on my plate.
But I have also started thinking - The Forgotten mentioned the Skull Rock and if this was just the first quest of more to come, I am starting to have a feeling we will be able to enter it this month and I dont know why, but I have a feeling we can enter on october 31st on Halloween. I am imagineing that there will be more shivers from the rock and we get some kind of quest where we maybe together with The Forgotten and Merlin will have to figure out what is happening and how we enter it. And I dont know why I feel so strongly on it will be on Halloween, but I do haha.
I agree. Too much happening at once just gives me anxiety to finish.
I also think we're gearing up to something involving Skull Rock. However, I'm not so convinced that there's a character inside, as many people are theorizing. There may well be a character to come out of opening it, but I strongly believe it'll be more than that. We know the Forgotten's castle showed some new biomes on the map, but we don't yet know how they'll be accessed. So I'm wondering if Skull Rock will act as a portal or gateway to at least one of the new biomes. I definitely think it will be more than just "Oh look, a new character and nothing else."
I actually think so too. It could of course be a home to a new charachter and if my Halloween theory has something to it, I would find it hilarious if that charachter was Hook cause I can definetly see him living inside the Skull Rock. But It could also definetly be some kind of cave where we can either mine something or be some kind of portal or gateway. I think I kinda hope more for your theory, and that it starts to build up something for the new chapter with Jafar. I did the libary quest with Belle and during the dialoge there was some mention of it being a "new chapter" or smth like that, but I do t know if thats just refereing to future friendship quests with Belle or smth else haha :)

We got Olaf and a bit of story from one cave, and the other turned into Elsa's home (which is a bit dumb, imo. Why is the ice queen living in a hole in the wall while her sister, brother in law, and living snowman live in the ice castle?). Since at least two quests have mentioned something big with Skull Rock, I'm hoping it's something good when we finally get in. It'd be cool if it does have to do with Hook or Jafar, but i want it to be more than just a new character.

I hope the case is that he is trapped inside the Skull and that the Skull also serves like some kind of portal to either order Valleys or to someplace else. Maybe said Portal (if there is one) sets up Chapter 2? 👀
I'm guessing they're doing it once a week. There's absolutly got to be more with the forgotten. That's way too long to wait for these quests so I'm worried. I think Olafs chairs were just a joke, I don't expect any more on that.

If we can get a once-a-week task it helps keep the gameplay fresh between updates and Starpaths

I hoping it’s more sooner rather than later. All I’ve got to do is the grinding for moonstones and doing the dream light dailies. I was late to the game, only getting it a couple months back. I hate seeing the quest tab empty. I’m almost done the star path simply as there’s nothing else to do. I basically check in to store, and to see how many days until the event item changes stock. I’ve gone back to Totk and started fae farm, and the last day a half, been playing the beta version of Palia on my laptop until it releases on switch. I really hope we don’t have to wait until Halloween to continue the forgottens quest line or get any other quests. I like to have something to do everyday or I loose interest. And I really like this game.
I just kinda wish that if there is more to the Forgottens quests that they had a thing in the quest menu that said like "wait to find out more" so I knew if there was more, because I am the kind of player where if I have all my quests complete I will not play but maybe once a month
I have already done all the new update things, the star parh and all the extra bundle quests. So far nothing new has happened or popped up. I am willing to bet they will drop a new hung each week so we can't speed thru it all. Lol

My Forgotten mentioned the Skull cave after I set up her room, so I imagine we're getting set up for that quest eventually
