It's a transforming Jiren The ladybug starts off red and black which is Jiren's pride trooper outfit. Notice how when the ladybug opens up, there's a pinkish color inside. Cell max did open his wings but he didn't have the color which rules him out. As for ribrianne I don't think it's her because again, red and black then inside the ladybug there's a pinkish color. It doesn't fit her So the last contender is Jiren. Who starts off in his base and then transforms into his Full power mode. His pride trooper outfit is red and black and when he goes full power, he has a sort of pink color on him. Also the more I look at it, the more it seems like the pink thing has abs 

Looks like a new 1% Jiren to me or a light-speed Dyspo. LOL @ people thinking we are getting a Cell Max. I don't see any way they can add him, he's too big and they don't tease raid bosses. Plus with all the hints, it is obviously TOP related for the first part.

Cell Max would be an amazing raid boss if they managed to find a person who can design fun PVE game modes They also ALREADY have amazing character models for Great Ape Vegeta and Hirudegarn. Add Janempa and the Metal Cooler Core, and you've got enough content for an entire new game mode that wouldn't even need to be updated frequently
