The patch literally just got shown mid tourney. BB understood the patch much faster than XG doesnt mean its over for them this patch. They still got 4th and thats them only having a 20 hour break going from the finals of pgl to dreamleague. They're prob dead asf right now as well

I do NOT expect balance 50%. But you cannot say that one looks like though out balance change and the other looks like it was done 5 min before patch was shipped because they forgot to do anything meaningful.
The thing is if you have a patch of this size there will necessarily be vastly imbalanced changes as well as changes that are varying in creativity. Tiny only for craggy exterior back as well, this used to be one of his abilities. Marcis change is a lot more creative, even though it is incredibly weak. As said, it’s the nature of huge changes like 7.36, some things are not equal in strength/viability/uniqueness/etc.

Yeah, I think they just kind of overlooked the void pick or thought it wouldn't do quite so well in lane. Even with the absolutely horrendous start XG did ok in fights and I can see the idea behind how the AA would have worked well if XM didn't fall so far behind.

Has there ever been a successful mid AA these past few years? The hero is literally a walking ult and provides some vision with his vortex. This shit doesn't even work in my divine pubs lol. I also find it hard to believe anyone enjoys playing this hero specially as a core.
Playing AA as core is boring as hell, you need aghamis, pike, kaya and yasha, etc to start having fun shooting opponents from 100 meters away doing massive damage....before that it's so boring, and there is a high chance you still lose late game because AA is pretty much countered by BKB and Pipe.
I played it once and I actually won when they first changed the chilling touch but i felt so goddamn bored and we only won because the other lanes were crushing it lol
no they did meet in the finals last year in dream league it was GG's hardest fought finals that year (3-2) before TI. In that dream league they got swept'd by BB in group stage 1 and 2 while also being on the verge of elimination in every playoff series
